Am I the owner of the domain name I register with you?

You are definitely the owner of your new domain name. The only items placed in our name are the nameservers and the Technical Contact.

The nameservers must be pointed to our nameservers in order to use our hosting services.  You can change the nameservers at any time in order to point your domain name at another hosting service.

We must be the Technical Contact so that we can ensure your domain functions properly at all times.

Your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number will be listed as the contact for Owner, Administrative, and Billing, unless you choose to change it.
